What's it all about?

To make it physically and financially viable for you, the real estate agent, to handle your multiple or out-of-area clients while still earning the bulk of the gross commission on your clients that you've developed.

Purpose of Existing
Philosophy
Our philosophy is really quite intuitive.  We feel the most integral part of the sales process is the establishment of the client relationship.  No client, no  business.  That is why referring agents in our network earn the highest portion of the commission.
Process
Joining our network is free.  Simply send an email to our customer service department at info@showthat.house expressing your interest.  We will respond with a copy of our easy Network Referral Agreement.  Fill it out, sign it and email it back and you'll be all set up and ready to refer or accept referrals through our network of fully vetted and capable agents!
Referring Realtor Involvement
Our Promise
How You Get Paid
We have 2 easy programs depending upon your interest in and/or ability to staying involved.  Since each real estate relationship you have is unique, you can pick the partnership approach that best suits YOU and YOUR client's needs.  If you'd like to "Hand the Baton" (refer the client) to a capable and knowledgeable agent in our network, you'll still keep 50% of the commission.  If you'd just like an agent to act as "Boots on the Ground" for you (where you still want to list the property or write the offers, and manage the transaction through escrow), you'll earn a whopping 70% of the commission.
ShowThat is committed to providing outstanding customer (you, the Realtor) and client (YOUR home buyer or seller) service. YOUR clients will remain YOUR clients, always knowing and understanding that our involvement is a "Partnership" and that you, the referring Realtor, are ultimately in control.
Easy Peasy.  All commissions and/or referral fees are paid through escrow where allowed.  Or they can be paid directly from the brokerage that represented your client in the transaction!
